The Band
currently practices at the Auckland Police Club at the Auckland Central Police
Station - cnr Cook and Vincent Streets - Auckland City - New Zealand. -
the Band plays out on numerous NZ wide and Overseas Military and Police parades
and tattoos, gala days, community
events in and around Auckland providing a good public relations role for the NZ
Police. The Band offers the following to new and current members
- fellowship of likeminded individuals
- maintaining traditional Celtic values in music
- contests/ overseas tours / concerts/ street parades/ Police and Military
Tattoos
- tuition in piping and drumming
- uniform supplied
The Band
welcomes new members comprising of serving / retired Police Officers, civilians
(who can demonstrate a set standard in piping and drumming) and learners.

Band practice
is held each Wednesday evening at the Auckland Central Police Station -
commencing at 19:30 hrs and finishing around 21:30 hrs. Please contact one of
